Setup Guide

Customer should have access to an Manufacturing Cloud Salesforce environment with the Spring’24 release. The Customer Sync integration application is deployed to the customer’s Mule instance. Hence, customer is required to have access to their own MuleSoft environment. Customer’s can reach out to their Salesforce Account Executives to get access to Auto Cloud and MuleSoft

MuleSoft Direct

Customer Sync integration is available for discovery and deployment through the MuleSoft Direct application in Salesforce Auto Cloud. To access MuleSoft Direct, navigate to Setup → Industries Integrations → Integration Setup.

Pre-requisite
  • Connected App should be created in Salesforce. The Client ID and Client Secret will be used during the deployment of the integration application as
  • SAP authentication details are needed and will be used during the deployment process
Setup
  • Log in to Salesforce and navigate to the Setup page.
  • Search for the ‘Integrations Setup’ page.
  • Select the Customer Sync application and click Enable.
  • Enter the application display name, target business group, and environment for deployment, then click Next.
  • Enter required parameters as required in the subsequent screens
  • Click on Enable
